These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beewear website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.
Beewear is a Canadian streetwear brand. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
All current Beewear products are sold on a pre-sale basis. This means your item is made to order after your purchase is confirmed.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless explicitly marked otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Beewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues once the package has been dispatched.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, contact us at rodney@beewear.ca as soon as possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
